PARTS LIST Number Description Walnut Black Quantity Box 1 includes- Base Panel 57571101JW 57570101JW Base Panel Support 57570007JW 57570007JW Top Panel 57571111JW 57570111JW Shelf Panel 57571112JW 57570112JW Box 3 includes- Left Outside Panel 57571102JW 57570102JW Right Outside Panel 57571103JW 57570103JW Left Inside Panel 57571104JW 57570104JW... - Page 4 Step One -Join two base panel supports (7) with base panel (1) by securing 4 long allen screws (C). -Attach four feet (6) by securing 8 long allen screws (C). Step Two -Screw twelve 3-in-1 bolts (A) to base panel (1). -Screw twelve 3-in-1 bolts (A) to top panel (11).
- Page 5 Step Three -Set base panel (1) on a flat surface as shown. -Join panel (2), (3), (4), (5) by inserting 12 bolts (A) in the holes of the four panels. Using 12 excenter fittings (B) to lock the bolts. Step Four -Attach lower firebox trim (8) to inside panel (4), (5) by securing 2 long allen screws (C) through 2 washers (D).
- Page 6 Step Five -Locate top panel (11) to above finished parts. -Join panel (2), (3), (4), (5) by inserting twelve bolts (A) in the holes of the four panels. Using twelve excenter fittings (B) to lock the bolts. Step Six -Insert 4 shelf panel support (G) to the holes of the panel (2), (3), (4), (5) respectively. Keep every 2 supports on parallel.
- Page 7 Step Seven -Attach two back panels (13) to above finish parts by securing 26 back panel screws (F). Step Eight For next step reference the instruction manual included with your firebox. If you do not have an instruction manual included with your firebox do not attempt to assemble or operate.
