Length of warranty – 2 years
Terms and conditions -
If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the 2 year warranty pe-
riod it will be repaired or replaced at no charge providing that the repairs are carried out by an
approved service dealer. If your mower cannot be repaired and we cannot replace it with the
same model because it is no longer available, we will provide you with a replacement which is
the closest alternative in terms of quality and class to the original product.

Normal wear and tear and the routine replacement of parts which are subject to normal wear
are excluded from this warranty. Likewise any defect which is the result of misuse, alteration,
improper assembly or adjustment, neglect or accident is not covered by the warranty. If the
machine is used for commercial purposes the warranty period will be limited to 90 days.
This warranty is not transferable and is conditional on your machine receiving an annual serv-
ice by an approved service dealer. Proof of purchase and compliance with the service re-
quirement must be provided in the event of a claim.
This warranty is in addition to and does not detract from your contractual rights under statute
or common law.
