Controls MPRM 46HP / 46SP by MacAllister Controls [1] Throttle control The throttle is controlled by the lever (1). Lever positions are indicated on the relevant plate. Some models have a fixed speed with no need for a throttle. [2] Blade brake lever The blade brake is controlled by the lever (1) which must be held against the handle for ignition and during lawnmower operations. -
