- Page 15 250° Running in As in all brand new loudspeaker, the drivers need some run-in period: the ALPHA transducers are mechanical elements demanding a little time to settle and adapt to the climatic environment. This period will vary, depending on the working conditions and may take up to a few weeks. Avoid pushing the speakers very hard during their first hours of use, but to accelerate the run-in process, it is good practice to operate the speakers at moderate levels for 20 hours or so, with programs having significant low frequency content.

Product Specification Sheet Alpha 80, the flagship of the line, is equipped with a 1" (25mm) tweeter and an 8" (21cm) woofer. It features a 40W amplifier for the tweeter and a 100W amplifier for the woofer, and has a frequency response of 35Hz to 22kHz (+/- 3dB). This model is particularly ideal for producing music which is rich in bass or which requires high power reserves.
