    Connecting filters Phone cable You need to connect a filter wherever you have a phone line in use, including Phone (or other device) phones, faxes or digital TV decoders. This will remove interference on your phone lines and improve your broadband service. • Unplug your phone, fax or digital TV decoder from the jackpoint. If you need more filters, you can purchase them from Telecom. • Plug your phone (or other device) into the end of the filter marked ‘phone’ . Call us on 0800 00 30 40.

    Plug in your modem Connecting your modem to the computer • Plug one end of the grey DSL cable into the DSL port on your modem. • Plug one end of the white ethernet cable into any ethernet port on the modem.
