Cancelling a Transaction
Tap the "Cancel"button in the Transaction Progress

Opening and Reading Messages

A message is received from the network in compressed
characters that are decompressed and displayed on your phone
in a readable format. The message arrives in individual
segments comprised of 500 characters each.
Short Messages and Long Messages
The following outlines how messages of different sizes are
handled in the iMessenger application.

Results
The entire message is downloaded. The words
"Message Complete" are displayed at the end
of the message.
The first 500 characters are downloaded. A
message is displayed at the end of the message
that tells you how many remaining
characters are left to download. The rest of the
message can be downloaded or ignored.
