INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
After Taking the Unit Out of the Box (Continued)
After cleaning the inside, put the top housing back on to the base.
Now you are ready to enjoy freshly popped popcorn in your Old Fashioned Movie Time
Popcorn Maker™!
First find a stable place near an electrical outlet before starting. (Make sure you cord is
away from any water source. If needed, it is acceptable to use an extension cord).
1.
Completely fill, level to the top of the kernel cap on the top of the unit, with your
favorite popcorn.
2.
IMPORTANT - NEVER under fill or over fill the kernel cap. Under filling the cap can
cause less kernels to pop and more hard kernels to come out ofunit during popping.
3.
Over filling can cause popped popcorn to burn and smoke as it is over filling the
popping chamber.
4.
Pour entire cap of kernels down the hole on the top of the unit until cap is empty. (see
photo 1)
5.
Place cap back in it's place
6.
Place a bowl or dish under the popcorn opening to allow popcorn to fill the bowl.
(see photo 3)
NOTE: When selecting a bowl, use a bowl that is large enough and will fit under the
popcorn chute. Some bowls may not fit because of the wheels. If needed, put a small cup
or smaller bowl under the bowl intended to collect the popcorn to prop the bowl up to the
height of the chute.
7.
Plug unit into outlet.
8.
Turn unit ON (see photo 2) and in just minutes, you will have freshly popped popcorn
popped to perfection!
9.
When kernels have fully popped, turn unit OFF. You can tip the popcorn maker
forward at this point to make sure you get all the popcorn out of the machine.
10. Eat popcorn as is or top with your favorite toppings such as:
Salt and Pepper
Seasoning Salts
Butter or Margarine
Caramel
Worcestershire Sauce
Food Coloring for fun
Parmesan Salt ...and more!.
IMPORTANT - ALWAYS allow 15 minutes between popping corn for machine to cool
