Troubleshooting: Powering On
A
If your BLUE
RMOR 100 Secure Bluetooth Headset will not power on, please check the following:
Make sure that the headset battery is fully charged.
Make sure that you are pressing hard enough on the multifunction button. You should feel a click.
Make sure that you are pressing and holding the multi-function button for at least four to six seconds.

Before your BLUE
RMOR 100 Secure Bluetooth Headset will operate, it must be paired with your phone. "Pairing"
involves creating a secret key that is known only by the headset and the phone. Unlike most other Bluetooth headsets
and cell phones which have a default pairing key of "0000" or "1234", the BLUE
pairing key each time the headset is paired. The following is for BlackBerry devices, but the process is the same on all
phones with Bluetooth version 2.1 and higher. NOTE: The BLUE
version 2.1 and higher.
Step 1 Make sure that your headset is fully charged.
Step 2 Make sure that your headset is powered off.
Step 3 On your phone, go to Settings and select Bluetooth.
