Kia Owner Satisfaction and Assistance
Both Kia Motors America and your Kia dealer are dedicated to serving all of your automotive needs. Your complete
satisfaction is our primary concern. Your Kia dealer is available to assist you with all of your automobile sales, parts and
service requirements.
If, however a situation arises that has not been addressed to your satisfaction, we ask that you take the following steps:
STEP 1 :
Discuss the situation with the dealership management. If a problem still exists, contact the dealership General Manager or
Owner. Your Kia dealership is best equipped to resolve the matter for you.
