RS Installation

1. Turn off your game system before connecting your ACT
LABS RS.
2. Mount the wheel base to a tabletop or desk using the
two flywheel table clamps.
3. To connect the pedals, plug the pedal connector into
the pedal socket at the back of the wheel base (Figure
A).
4. Insert your RS Engine cartridge into cartridge slot at
the back of the wheel base (Figure B).
5. For game consoles: Plug the connector from your
cartridge into the first controller port of your game
console (Figure C).
OR
For PC: Plug the 15-pin connector from the cartridge
into gameport #1 on your computer (Figure D).
6. Turn on your game system and you're set. Follow your
game's menu screens for more wheel options.

RS Wheel Setup (PC Only)

For PC Wheel Setup, take the steps listed below.
Setup CD-ROM : Use the enclosed Setup CD-ROM to load the
ACT LABS RS driver onto your computer
1. Insert the RS Setup CD into your CD-ROM drive
2. From Windows 95, in the Start menu, click Run.
3. Specify the disk drive and type "setup". For example,
type "D:\setup" if your CD ROM is drive D.
4. Follow the instructions on your screeen and restart
your computer if necessary.
Note: To use your ACT LABS RS with PlayStation, N64, Sega
Saturn or other game console systems, please refer to the Quick
Reference Guide that comes with each specific RS Engine
cartridge.
