No power
Please reinsert and make sure the
AC of 100V-240V is normal
Check C423(+)=1.8V
No power
Press power key and look if the
picture is normal

U404 Vout=3.3V
NG
OK
Check if X401 oscillate
waveforms are normal
NG
OK
Replace U401
Reinsert or check the
power section
Replace CN404, Q410, Q409, U404
Replace X401
