You can solve any problems arising in course of using the mobile phone first with
reference to the below instructions.

Possible Causes
1. Battery is installed wrongly or
battery contact is damaged.

Solution
Install the battery correctly
or check the contact of
battery contactor.
Charge the battery.
Replace the battery or
charger.
Change the charging
situation and charge in
temperature from 0

through 45

Connect the connector
correctly.
Mobile phone may be
charged after
approximately 15 minutes.
Mount SIM Card as per the
Installation Guideline of
SIM Card.
