You must present this warranty form with Proof of Purchase that includes purchase date (bill of sale) to obtain warranty service.
This Nikon product is warranted by Nikon Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase for electronic components and
for a period of twenty-five (25) years from date of purchase for non-electronic components. During the one (1) year period or twenty-five (25) year period, as applicable, Nikon Inc.
will, at its option and without charge, either repair any part or assembly of parts which is found to be defective in material or workmanship, or replace this Nikon product with a
Nikon product of comparable value and condition, subject to the following limitations and exclusions:
1. This warranty extends to the original consumer purchaser only and is not assignable or transferable.
2. This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been subject to misuse, alteration, abuse, negligence or accident.
3. This warranty shall not apply to any defects or damage directly or indirectly caused by the use of unauthorized replacement parts and/or service performed by unauthorized personnel.
4. This warranty shall not apply to batteries.

MUST BE PRESENTED TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE.
This is your Nikon Inc. One Year (Electronic Components) and Twenty-Five Year (Non-Electronic Components) Limited Warranty valid in the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.
The above warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for
particular purpose, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, in which event the duration of any implied warranty shall be limited to one (1) year or twenty-five
(25) years, as applicable, from the date of purchase or such longer period as may be required by applicable law. Nikon Inc. hereby disclaims all liability for·
consequential and incidental damages arising out of, or in connection with, any breach of warranty or any other claim with respect to this product, including but not
limited to, claims of negligence, strict liability or breach of contract.
Some states do not allow (a) limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or (b)
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
In order to obtain performance of the warranty obligations, the original consumer purchaser
must return this warranty form and this Nikon product together with proof of purchase that
includes purchase date (bill of sale) either in person or addressed to the repair department of
Nikon Inc., at the address on the back of this warranty form.
The original consumer purchaser in returning this Nikon product must prepay all postage,
shipping, transportation, insurance and delivery costs to the repair facility.
