10.1.9. Registering a Handset to the Base Unit

The supplied handset and base unit are pre-registered. If for some reason the
handset is not registered to the base unit, re-register the handset.
1 Handset:
{MENU} i # 1 3 0
2 Base unit:
Press and hold {LOCATOR} for about 5 seconds until the registration tone
sounds.

3 Handset:
Press {OK}, then wait until a long beep sounds.
Note:
L While registering, "Base in registering" is displayed on all registered
handsets.

When you purchase an additional handset, refer to the additional handset's
installation manual for registration.

10.1.10. Deregistering a Handset

A handset can cancel its own registration to the base unit, or other handsets
registered to the same base unit. This allows the handset to end its wireless
connection with the system.

10.1.11. Deregistering a Range Extender
1 Power ON with pressing "PROGRAM" key.
Keep to press "PROGRAM" key for 10 seconds.

Amber LED is blinking and range extender move to auto registration mode.

If all registered handsets start ringing, press {LOCATOR} again to stop, then
repeat this step.
The next step must be completed within 90 seconds.
All handsets registered to the base unit are displayed.
