Water forms on the oven door of newer Premier gas ranges due to condensation. When the oven operates, it produces water vapor as a natural byproduct of gas combustion. This vapor can condense on cooler surfaces, such as the oven door, especially in humid conditions or when cooking foods with high moisture content. The condensation is more noticeable on newer models because they are designed with improved insulation, which retains more heat inside the oven while keeping the door cooler. This temperature difference increases the likelihood of water forming on the door.
