Note that your Ciara Enterprise/Discovery 945GTP supports the use of up to two Enhanced Integral Drive Electronics (EIDE) peripherals. These are: Never connect any peripheral such as a monitor, printer, modem, etc. to the system unit if the power is turned "ON". Always turn the power switch to "OFF" first.

4.5: Replacing the System Batteries In all Ciara Enterprise/Discovery 945GTP models the battery is a standard 3.3V Lithium battery model CR-2032. This type of battery should last at least 3 years, if the system is not in use. If the system is continually in use, the battery should last at least 7 years.
In-Line Memory Modules 1.8 V (DIMMs). Your Ciara Enterprise/Discovery 945GTP uses only DIMM memory modules. Each DIMM module can have a capacity of 256, 512 MB or 1GB. The minimum capacity is 128 MB and the maximum capacity is 4 GB. Your system supports only DDR2 PC400, PC533 and PC667 memory speeds.
