throttle

holf-throttle.

Pull choke all
the way
out.
Turn
key all
the
way
in
clockwise
direction.
After engine Siorts, push
choke lever in

worm, do not choke to
start.)

counterclockwise
direction.

SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
To obtain longest
life
and troubl
e free use of
your
e ngine,
certain normal
mainte nance
must
be per-
form ed a

outlined
below:
Disconn ect

before
performing any
ma intenance to
pre-
vent
occidental
sta
rting
of engine.
CHANGE OIL
Change oi
l
in engine crankcase after first
two hours of operation.
Unscrew
oil drain
plug
located
on end of
engine
bose.

Replace

il
drain plug and
refill
e
ngin
e
c
rankcase with
oil as per instructions
in
Fig. 1.
Thereafter
check oi
I level
often,
before
each
u
si
ng,
at each eight hours
of opera
ti
on
a
nd
add
o
il
if
necessary to
bring
up to
proper
level.

Fig. 1)
Change
oil
at each
25
hours
of opera
ti
on
.
PROPER FUEL
OJ
Use
a
good grade
of
fresh CLEAN Regular
gasoline.
CLEAN ENGIN
E
Wipe
off
all
spilled
fuel and
oil.
Keep engine clean
of
foreign matter
at all
times.
Be sure air fins
on
Cylinder
ar~
kept clean
to
permit proper ventilation.
Remember,
thi
s
is on
air
coaled engine
and free air
fl ow
is important
for
proper
engine performance
and
li fe.
