Squeeze the release tab and the media guide together and slide the media guide to the edge of
the banner.

Customize the Printer Properties for printing banners:
Click the
Page Setup
tab.
From the
Paper Size
pull-down
menu, select
Banner
Letter or
Banner A4.
Click OK.

Print your banner.
