Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the LINDY DVI-D Video Splitter. This Video Splitter allows you to
connect your computer to 2/4 DVI enabled displays or projectors.
The DVI-D Video Splitter supports all DVI Digital Single Link resolutions. Superb image quality
is maintained throughout, even when splitting the video signal to multiple monitors.
For more monitor displays you can cascade multiple video splitters together – making the
LINDY DVI Video Splitter the ideal solution for presentation, training, advertising and classroom
use.
Features
2 or 4 Port DVI-D Video Splitter
Supports DVI-D Single Link Signals with video resolutions of up to 1600 x 1200,
1920 x 1200 and HDTV 1080i
Video bandwidth up to 165MHz
Using LINDY Premium DVI and DVI SLD (Super Long Distance) cables, supports
resolutions of 1280 x 1024 at transmission distances of up to 22.5m; with the
following connection options –
Option 1: 7.5m – PC to Splitter, 15m - Splitter to Monitor
Option 2: 15m – PC to Splitter, 7.5m - Splitter to Monitor
Daisy chain support for adding extra monitors
Plug and Play installation – no extra software required
Please Note: Maximum transmission distances may be reduced when using higher resolutions
above 1280 x 1024!
