When Opening the ADF
● An incorrect position detection of the original
may occur when a strong light shines on the
glass during this mode.
● If the original(s) have a colored background
then this may affect the final copy.
■ Digital Skyshot Mode
Digital Skyshot allows copying a manuscript
without generating dark borders even if the
ADF is opened.
The default setting of Digital Skyshot Mode
is "OFF". To use this mode, change the
default setting to "ON" in the Function Mode
(2: Copier Settings).

● An incorrect exposure may occur when there is a black line at
the edge of the original or an image which the machine
interprets as a black pattern in the digital skyshot mode.
● When making copies, there may image on copies will be off
depending on the background color of the original(s).
