    Getting Started: • Thoroughly stretch and warm up before operating the Walkstation; • Follow a training / ramp-up schedule. Most people utilize the Walkstation at 1 mph (range of 0.3 – 2 mph). It is about comfort, NOT speed. Everyone is different and has different stride lengths.
