For your benefit and safety: read this manual carefull y before using this trampoline. Refer to page 30 for a
description and assembl y location of trampoline parts and accessories that are described in this manual.
Misuse and abuse of this trampoline is dangerous and can cause serious injuries.
Trampolines are rebounding dev i c es w hi c h propel the performer to unaccustomed heights, and into a variet y of body
mov ements. Rebounding off of the trampoline, striking the frame or springs, or improperl y landing on the trampoline
mat (bed) may cause injury.
Read all instructions thoroughl y before using this trampoline, or allow ing its use by any person.
lnspect the trampoline before each use, and replace any w orn, defecti v e or missing parts.
All purchasers and all persons using the trampoline must become familiar w ith the manufacturer's recommendations
for the proper assembl y , use and care of the trampoline. Each user must al s o be alert to his or her own li m itations in
the ex ecution of trampoline skill s . Assembl y instructions, selected precautions, recommended instructional techniques
and progressions, and suggestions for the care and maintenance of the trampoline are included in this user's manual
to promote safe, enjoyable use of this equipment.
lt is the responsibility of the owner or trampoline supervisor to insure that all users of this trampoline are
adequately informed of all warnings and safety instructions.
NEED FOR TRAMPOLINE SAFETY
In trampoline use, as w ith all acti v e recreational sports, participants can be injured. There are steps you can take to
reduce the risk of injury. In this section (continued on the nex t page), the pri m ary accident patterns hav e been
identified and the responsibilities of the superv isors and the jumpers in accident prev ention are described.
ACCIDENT CLASSIFICATION
Somersaults (flips): Landing on your head or neck, ev en in the middle of a trampoline mat (bed), increases the
risk of a broken back or neck, w hi c h can result in paral y sis or death. Such ev ents can occur w hen a jumper
makes an error try ing to perform a forw ard or backw ard somersault (flip). Do not do somersaults (flips) on this
backy ard trampoline.
Multiple Jumpers: More than one jumper on the trampoline increases the chance of someone becoming injured
by losing control of their jump. Jumpers may collide w ith one another, fall off the trampoline, fall on or through the
springs, or land incorrectl y on the mat (bed). The lightest w eight jumper i s the most li k el y to be injured.
