Note Before starting the procedure below, the notebook must be set up to read CD-ROM discs. For details on CD-ROM use, refer to the manuals provided with your Sony notebook and/ or the CD-ROM drive. Turn the notebook on and enable the Bluetooth function. - Page 7 Double-click “USB (Universal Serial Bus) Controller” to show the lower hierarchic levels, and double-click “USB Bluetooth Driver (CSR)”. Note Before starting the procedure below, the notebook must be set up to read CD-ROM discs. For details on CD-ROM use, refer to the manuals provided with your Sony notebook and/ or the CD-ROM drive. Turn on the power of the PCGA-BM1. - Page 10 Select “PCGA-BM1(Modem).inf” on the CD-ROM drive, and click the “Open” button. Hint Instead of the above procedure, you can also enter “E*:\PCGA-BM1(Modem).inf” in the “Copy manufacturer’s file from:” field. * E may also be another drive name. Click the “OK” button.

Installieren Sie den Modemtreiber auf dem Notebook. Siehe dazu den Abschnitt “Installieren des Modemtreibers” (Seite 9) in diesem Dokument. Konfigurieren Sie die PCGA-BM1 für das Land, in dem sie verwendet wird. Bevor Sie mit den Schritten unten anfangen, muss der Notebook so konfiguriert werden, dass er CD-ROMs einlesen kann. Einzelheiten zum Verwenden von CD-ROMs finden Sie in der Dokumentation zum Sony Notebook von Sony und/oder zum CD-ROM- Laufwerk. Schalten Sie den Notebook ein, und aktivieren Sie die Bluetooth Funktion. - Page 17 Doppelklicken Sie auf “USB (Universal Serial Bus) Controller”, um die untergeordneten Strukturebenen aufzurufen, und doppelklicken Sie auf “USB Bluetooth Driver (CSR)”. Bevor Sie mit den Schritten unten anfangen, muss der Notebook so konfiguriert werden, dass er CD-ROMs einlesen kann. Einzelheiten dazu finden Sie unter “Installation” in der Bedienungsanleitung zur PCGA-BM1. - Page 20 Dialogfeld “Datei suchen” zu öffnen. Wählen Sie “PCGA- BM1(Modem).inf” auf dem CD-ROM-Laufwerk aus, und klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche “Öffnen”. Statt dessen können Sie auch “E*:\PCGA-BM1(Modem).inf” in das Feld “Herstellerdateien kopieren von:” eingeben. *Statt E kann auch ein anderer Laufwerksname erscheinen.
- Page 21 Möglicherweise erscheint die Meldung “Digitale Signatur nicht gefunden”. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche “Fertigstellen”. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche “OK”. Damit ist die Installation von “PCGA-BM1 (Modem)” in der Registerkarte “Modems” des Dialogfeldes “Telefon- und Modemoptionen” abgeschlossen. Die Modeminstallation ist damit abgeschlossen.

Établissez le lien de communication sans fil (bonding) avec l’ordinateur portable. Suivez les étapes 1 à 4 de la section “Etablissement du lien de communication sans fil (bonding) avec l’ordinateur portable” du mode d’emploi du PCGA-BM1 (page 16). Installez le pilote du modem sur l’ordinateur portable. - Page 24 (Suite de la page précédente) Réglez les paramètres de connexion à distance. Sélectionnez le pilote de modem “PCGA-BM1 (Modem)” que vous venez d’installer et réglez ses paramètres. Pour plus de détails, reportez-vous à la fonction d’aide de Windows. Vous pouvez maintenant commencer à utiliser l’appareil.

Avant de commencer la procédure ci-dessous, configurez l’ordinateur portable pour la lecture de disques CD-ROM. Pour plus de détails sur CD-ROM d’applications, reportez- vous aux manuels fournis avec votre ordinateur portable Sony ou avec le lecteur CD- ROM. Mettez le PCGA-BM1 sous tension. - Page 30 “Ouvrir”. Conseil Comme alternative à la procédure ci-dessus, vous pouvez simplement saisir “E*:\PCGA-BM1(Modem).inf” dans le champ “Copier les fichiers du fabricant à partir de :”. *E peut également correspondre au nom d’un autre lecteur. Cliquez sur le bouton “OK”.
