To check your voicemail while roaming:
1. Dial 1 + area code + your phone number.
2. When you hear your voicemail greeting, press

Setting Your Phone's Roam Mode

Your phone allows you to control your roaming capabilities. By using
the Roaming menu option, you can determine which signals your phone
accepts.
Set Mode
Choose from three different settings on your digital
dual-band
phone to control your roaming experience.
To set your phone's roam mode:
Menu > Settings > Roaming > Set Mode.
1. Select
2. To select an option, highlight it, and press
Automatic seeks service.When
service is unavailable, the phone
searches for an alternate system.
1X-Only forces the phone to work
in 1X-RTT mode and high speed
data service will not be available.
The previous setting (Home Only
Mode or Automatic) is restored the
next time the phone is turned on.
Home Only Mode allows you to
access the service provider's network only and prevents
roaming on other networks.
