CONNECTING TO A TV

You can connect the CD/CD+G karaoke
system to a TV or monitor and see the
words and images produced by a spe-
cial karaoke video cassette or CD/
CD+G. Plug one end of the supplied ca-
ble into
VIDEO OUT
into your TV's video in jack.
Note: For TVs that do not have an au-
dio/video input jack, use a video RF
modulator (such as Cat. No. 15-1283).
Connect the RF modulator to
and to the TV's 75-Ohm VHF input

terminal, following the instructions in the
modulator's owner's manual.

CONNECTING POWER

When you have made all other connec-
tions, plug your system's power cord
into a standard AC outlet. The power
standby indicator lights (see "Turning
the System On/Off" on Page 14).
Caution: The supplied power cord has a
polarized plug that fits into the outlet
only one way. If the plug does not fit
properly, turn it over and try again. Do
not force it.
INSTALLING THE
REMOTE CONTROL'S
BATTERIES
Your karaoke system's remote control
requires two AA batteries (not supplied)
for power. We recommend alkaline bat-
teries, such as Cat. No. 23-552, for the
best performance and longest life.
