I seem to have one little clump of paper that wont move and impedes other paper.
To fix a paper jam in a Fellowes 49C shredder:
1. Press the reverse button.
2. Alternate slowly between reverse and forward.
3. Turn off and unplug the shredder.
4. Gently pull the jammed paper from the paper entry.
5. Plug the shredder back in.
Avoid shredding paper with cuts or folds and ensure the paper is straight before feeding.
