Possible Cause
1. Batteries are weak

Under talking status, press left key /
right key to adjust volume;
Under standby status, reset "Phone
Setting"- "volume setting" in idle
mode.
Check that the handset curly cord is
plugged into the correct handset
port (on the left hand side of the
phone) – the most common
problem is by plugging the curly
cord into the COM
(communications) port on the right
hand side of the phone.
