PERSONAL INJURY Wait until auger paddles stop before cleaning Waste Xpress. 1. Press stop button on control center to stop system (disposer & Waste Xpress). 2. Holding both handles remove discharge chute by tilting it upward (see Figure 25). 3. Remove auger-bearing bracket by sliding the two captive fasteners inward and then pull bracket upward (see Figure 26 and 27). -
