UNPACKING & ASSEMBLY
UNPACKING
The Air Cleaner is shipped complete in
one carton. Carefully unpack the Air
Cleaner and all loose items from the
carton. WARNING: DO NOT LIFT THE
AIR CLEANER BY ITS POWER CORD.

C- Inner 2 pocket filter (1)

E- Ceiling mounting hooks (4)
F- Air cleaner hooks and nuts (4 ea.)

Assembly
Reminder:
•This unit will work best if it is located away from
corners and heating/cooling vents.
• This unit is specifically designed to circulate and
filter non-metalic dust, which is generated
throughout the work area.
1) This air cleaner can be hung from the ceiling.
Remove the four pan head screws (A) Fig.4 from
the top of the air cleaner housing using a Philips
screwdriver.
2) Install the air cleaner hooks (B) Fig.4 and hex.
nuts (C) the top of the air cleaner housing. Screw
in the hooks all the way and then tighten the hex.
nuts against the housing. You will need to hold the hook so it doesn't spin while
tightening the lock nut.
3) Drill holes and mount the ceiling hooks (E) Fig.3 in the ceiling and use the chains (G)
Fig.3 provided to mount the air cleaner.
WARNING! Ceiling hooks must be anchored to the building structure, which will support a
minimum of at least 50 pounds. Never mount to drywall or false ceiling grids. Hang unit with
a 7ft. clearance from the floor.
Note: If using different hooks or chains, make sure they are properly rated for hanging this
unit.

OPERATION & CHANGING FILTERS
REMOTE CONTROL;
On/Speed button: (A) Fig. 5 turns the air cleaner
On and contols the three different speed settings
(low, medium, high). There is also a manual speed
button (A) Fig.6 on the backside of the unit which
allows you to select the desired speed.
Off button: (B) Fig.5 turns the unit Off. There is
also a manual Off button (B) Fig.6 on the backside
of the unit.
Timer button: (C) Fig.5 controls the three different
timer settings which are:
1H- Will light up on the back of the unit with one
press of the timer button. The air cleaner will
operate for 1 hour and then will shut off
automatically.
2H- Will light up on the back of the unit by pressing
the timer button twice. The air cleaner will operate
for 2 hours and then will shut off automatically.
4H- Will light up on the back of the unit by pressing
the timer button three times. The air cleaner will
operate for 4 hours and then will shut off
automatically.
Thermal protection (fuse): (C) Fig.6, the fuse will
blow in case of an overload. If this happens,
replace the fuse with a 2 amp fuse or equivalent.
Changing filters
WARNING! To reduce the risk of injury, disconnect
the air cleaner from the power source before
servicing or changing filters. Failure to comply may
cause serious injury!
The two filters included will eventually need to be
replaced. The outer filter (A) Fig.7 can easily be
removed by disengaging the two clips (B) Fig.7 of
the housing and pulling out the outer filter.
The inner 2 pocket filter (C) Fig.7 can now be
pulled out of the unit. The filters should be replaced
depending on the amount of usage and the
environment of your shop. Clogged filters will
reduce the amount of air circulation.
