Note: In a picture message, you may have to
highlight an indicator in the text to play a sound file.
• To open an attached file, highlight the file indicator/
filename and press VIEW (r) (image file type), PLAY (r)
(sound file type), or OPEN (r) (object or unknown file type).
Note: To hear a sound file, your phone ring style can
not be set to Vibrate or Silent.

Using a Bluetooth

Connection
Your phone supports Bluetooth wireless connections.
You can set up a wireless link with a Bluetooth-enabled
headset accessory, speakerphone, or handsfree car kit, or
connect to a computer or hand-held device to exchange
and synchronize data.
Note: Bluetooth power must be turned on in the phone to
perform search. Select m > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth
Link > Setup > Power, and press CHANGE (r).
Note: Your Bluetooth device (headset or other device) must
be in discoverable mode in order to make an initial connection
with the phone. Refer to the manual that came with your
Bluetooth device on how to do this. For Motorola audio
devices, the Bluetooth passkey is '0 0 0 0' (four zeroes).
To connect your phone to a headset accessory or
handsfree device:
