Activate batteries and attach thermostat cover
Remove battery compartment cover and discard the plastic tab
AUTOMANOFF
inside to activate the batteries. The first time you do this, you will be
prompted to set the date, time and preferred screen language.
Remove cover and discard plastic tab
inside to activate batteries
Place cover on thermostat and
press until it snaps in place

NOTE: This symbol will flash on the screen when battery
power is low. Remove cover as shown at left and replace
batteries with two fresh AA alkaline batteries.
