Service And Warranty Information
Polaris Anti-Theft System
The Polaris anti-theft system monitoring program (PATS) is designed
to aid owners of registered snowmobiles in recovery of stolen
machines.
Administration

Polaris snowmobile owner reports theft.
A. In addition to notifying the proper law enforcement offi-
cials, the owner must call the Polaris warranty department:
B. Owners must provide their name, address, telephone num-
ber and the model and serial number of stolen machines.

Polaris warranty will provide all dealerships with a monthly updated
list of all stolen units to further monitor thefts.

Polaris warranty will aid in notification of recovered units to their
proper owner.
Obtaining Service and Warranty Assistance
Read carefully and understand the service data and the Polaris warranty
contained in this manual. Contact your Polaris dealer for replacement
parts, service or warranty. He's constantly kept up to date on changes,
modifications and tips on snowmobile maintenance, which may
supersede information contained in this manual. He's familiar with our
policies and procedures and will be happy to assist you.
When contacting us about parts, service, or warranty, always provide
the following information:
1. Serial number
2. Model number
3. Dealer name
4. Date of purchase
Use the space provided on page 9 to record the model and serial
numbers of your machine and engine.
