Caution:
Before removing or adding fuses,
remove all power from the
television and always use an Isolation
transformer when troubleshooting.
Check R810
Using the isolated
ground, check the
voltage on the power
supply side of fuse
F470 with the fuse
still removed.
Connect a 100W
light bulb to F470's
Check Q862, C870, R865,
R870, C866, C869, and Z801.

constant voltage
appear at F470's
