Transferring your contacts
To transfer your contacts from your
USIM to your phone:
1
From the Communicate tab,
select Contacts and choose
Contact settings.
2 Touch Copy.
3 Choose USIM to Handset and
touch Done.
4 Choose Select all or choose
names one by one and touch OK.
NOTE: Telstra, 3, Virgin and Crazy
John's is setup by default on your
handset, for Optus/Vodafone you
will need to insert your SIM card,
follow the instructions included
below and select the profiles for
these carriers manually to use the
following services:
To Activate Streaming:
Menu > Settings > Connectivity >
Streaming Settings > Select your
carrier settings.
To Activate Java Settings:
Menu > Entertainment > Games
& apps > Java settings > Profiles >
Select your carrier settings.
To Activate MMS
Menu > Communicate > Messaging
> Messaging Settings > Multimedia
message > Multi msg centre >
Select your carrier settings.
To Activate your Browser Internet
Profile:
Menu > Utilities > Browser >
Browser Settings > Profiles > Select
your carrier settings.
For Email setup:
Menu > Messaging > Messaging
settings > Email > Email accounts >
"Select Email Account"
Scroll to bottom & Edit Access point
to your carrier settings
Press Save.
Popup "Saved. Activate 'Account'?"
Tap "Yes" to activate.
