    Keep the device away from fire and flammable substances. General Guidelines Refer to the Velleman® Service and Quality Warranty on the last pages of this manual. This device is designed for professional use on stage, in discos, theatres, etc. The device should only be used indoors and connected to an alternating current of 230 VAC, 50 Hz.
  • Page 4 Set the desired inclination angle by using the mounting bracket knobs [13]. Freestanding: o Place the VDP600HZ horizontally on a flat, heat-resistant surface. Remove the liquid tank. The tank is located behind the door [6]. Pour high quality smoke liquid (VDLHLH5) into the tank, being careful not to exceed the maximum fluid level.
  • Page 5 Operation IMPORTANT operation notes: The VDP600HZ does not feature an automatic stop function when running out of fluid; the pump will continue working. Always monitor the tank fluid level during operation as the device can suffer damage when run without fluid! Clean the spray nozzle and make sure nothing is obstructing the output before each use.

Leer eerst de functies van het toestel kennen voor u het gaat gebruiken. Ongeschoolde personen mogen dit toestel niet gebruiken.
  • Page 9 Gebruik BELANGRIJKE opmerking betreffende het gebruik: De VDP600HZ stopt niet automatisch wanneer de tank geen nevelvloeistof meer bevat; de pomp blijft werken. Houd het reservoir gedurende het gebruik van het toestel altijd in de gaten. U kunt het toestel beschadigen wanneer u het zonder nevelvloeistof laat werken! Maak voor elk gebruik het mondstuk schoon en verwijder elk voorwerp voor het toestel.

  • Page 13 Emploi REMARQUES IMPORTANTES concernant l’emploi : Le VDP600HZ ne s’arrête pas automatiquement lorsque le réservoir est vide ; la pompe continue à fonctionner. Tenez donc l’appareil à l’œil pendant son service. L’appareil peut s’endommager s’il tourne sans liquide fumigène ! Nettoyer la bouche de sortie et retirer tout objet dans l’axe direct du jet avant chaque utilisation.

  • Page 22 Anwendung WICHTIGE Bemerkung hinsichtlich der Anwendung: Die VDP600HZ stoppt nicht automatisch wenn der Behälter leer ist; die Pumpe bleibt funktionieren. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Behälter während des Betriebs nie leer wird. Ein Betrieb ohne Nebelfluid kann zu Schäden führen.

    Stellen Sie DIP-Schalter 10 auf OFF. Die anderen DIP-Schalter haben keine Funktion. Siehe Abbildung, Seite 2, und die Beschreibung unter §4 für mehr Information über die Funktionen. Schalten Sie die VDP600HZ ein ([10]) und warten Sie bis die LED [F] grün leuchtet. Manuelle Austritt-Steuerung Halten Sie Schalter [I] gedrückt, um Nebel auszustoßen.
