Your phone includes the Cox Home Screen
giving you one button press access to your
most commonly used phone features.
Home Screen Shortcuts
Shortcut icons appear on your phone's Cox
Home Screen to provide you with one button
press access to your phone's features.
Missed Calls—View your missed
calls, including information about
most recent missed call.
All Messages—View consolidated
information about all unread
messages including voice mails, text
messages, emails, and instant
messages.
Text Messages—View the number
of unread text messages and
information about the most recent
unread message.
Email—View the number of unread
email messages and the sender and
subject of the most recent unread
email.
IM—View the number of unread
instant messages and the sender of
the most recent instant message.
User Guide
My Account—View account
balance information including
minutes and text messages used.
Voicemail—View the number of
pending voicemail messages
including information about the most
recent voice mail.
Cox Clips—Cox Clips Menu
expansion cue to press the
Navigation key up to expand the
Cox Clips Menu.
Use Shortcuts
Highlight any Cox Short Cut and press the OK
key to access the associated phone feature.
Missed Calls
While the Missed Calls Shortcut is highlighted,
press the OK key to access the missed calls
log. Press the Left softkey to view the details
of that call. Press the Right softkey to view
other options such as save, send text message,
send picture message and erase.
All Messages
While the All Messages Shortcut is
highlighted, press the OK key to access the
Messaging menu. The Messaging menu
allows you to access Text/Pict Msgs,
Voicemail, Email, and IM.
