JP5: CMOS Clear Jumper

Clear the CMOS memory by momentarily shorting this jumper; then
open the jumper to retain new settings.

JPS2: PS/2 Mouse Function Jumper

Set PS/2 mouse function enabled or disabled.
Note: The IRQ12 is dedicated to the PS/2 mouse when choosing enabled
