The wireless LAN card 1 (on some models) is located as shown.
If you need to remove the Wireless LAN card for repair or replacement, follow the procedure in "Replacing a
wireless LAN card" on page 64.
Note: Only Lenovo authorized wireless LAN cards are allowed to be used in your computer. If you install an
unauthorized card that is not approved for use in your computer, the computer will not start, but will only
display an error message and emit audible beeps.

Certificate of Authenticity label

The Certificate of Authenticity label for the preinstalled Windows 7 operating system is attached on the
computer. Printed on this label are the product ID and the product key information for your computer.
Record this information and keep it in a safe place. You might need these numbers to start your computer or
reinstall the Windows 7 operating system.
