Operation Instructions
NOTICE: To prevent blowing a fusible
link on the receptacle, only use with
12V accessory power outlet.
1.
Place the Power Switch (11) and
the LED Switch (16) in their O (off)
positions. Plug into a 15A rated 12V
accessory power outlet ONLY.
Note: This heater can burn
out lighter sockets.
2.
Mount on dashboard, or hold over
windshield for spot defrosting. Use
for up to 20 minutes, and then
shut off for at least 5 minutes.
3.
The Heater can be removed from
the Mounting Base (6). By holding
the Handle (4/5) the Heater can
be moved around as needed.
4.
The LED Switch (16) turns
the lights on/off.
If heater suddenly stops operating:
WARNING! TO PREVENT FIRE:
Replace fuse only with fuse
of same type and rating.

Pull the Fuse (12) out of the
Fuse Holder (18).
If the wire inside the Fuse is broken
the Fuse needs to be replaced,
otherwise insert the Fuse back into the
Holder and proceed to the next step.

To select either the fan only or the
heater and fan, press the Power
Switch (11) to the setting as marked.
Toggle the Power Switch to the center
position to turn off these functions.
WARNING! Do not operate longer
than 20 minutes at one time, allow
heater to cool completely after use.

Unplug the Heater before
leaving the vehicle.

If the heater's Fuse was not blown,
connect another 12VDC device to the
12V accessory outlet to check it.
a. If the receptacle works,
have the heater serviced by
a qualified technician.
b. If the receptacle does not work,
DO NOT USE THIS HEATER WITH
THAT RECEPTACLE.
That receptacle is evidently not
rated to 15A, as this Heater requires.
Note: Check vehicle's service manual for
instructions on repairing the receptacle.
Likely failure points are the fusible link on
the receptacle itself or the vehicle's fuse.
