- Page 4 1. Introduction The DCT-3 Coaxial/Optical to R/L audio converter is an easy to use product that converts Coaxial or Optical audio signals into R/L audio. Accepting digital audio signals from either Coaxial or Optical sources, this gadget features a well-designed switch that determines which digital input signal is active and thus converted into an analog audio signal (L/R).
