11. Factory recovery settings

SMS command: FACTORY#
When device gets command, it will recover parameters into default value.

12. Reboot device

SMS command: RESET#
When device gets command, it will reboot after 1 min.

Troubleshooting

If there is trouble during using the phone, please read the solution as follow or contact provider.
Common problems
Radio waves can not communicate with
device when it is used in a bad signal area,
Bad reception
like basement or space beside tall building.
Can not talk in Call-intensive period.
can not switch on
GPS is not locating
There is metal stuff covered the phone.
The called number is not the SOS number
Unable to monitor
SIM card without caller ID display function

Causes

Solution
Change to a place with good signal.
Avoid call-intensive period
Change a new battery
Locating in open space outdoor.
Keep the upside of the phone face to sky
Move away the metal stuff.
Set up SOS number
Active function of caller ID display
Wipe with a clean wiper.
Contact your operator
Move back to the GSM service covered area.
Try again in a strong signal area
Change to the proper voltage
Use charger that come with the package
Check if the plug is in.
It is because the battery is used up ,keep charging
after about half an hour, the LED will turn on
Please contact the sim card operator to activate GPRS
Please contact with your distributors
Please set the number as SOS number
