Error Messages
Lo Low battery. Replace batteries with six AAA alkaline batteries. See Installing
Batteries at the beginning of this manual.
Lo+USB Lo battery on clock board. Replace battery with one CR2032 3V
lithium battery. See Installing Batteries at the beginning of this manual.
Err+bf Error measuring body fat. Make sure your socks or stockings are
removed. The soles of your feet need to be clean, and your feet need to evenly
cover the metal contacts on the scale.
Err The scale's weight capacity is exceeded.
Err+USB Error connecting to USB drive. Let the scale turn o , remove the USB
drive, then re-insert the USB drive, taking care that it is inserted straight and
tight into the USB port.

especially for maximizing the accuracy of the body fat measurement.
Caution: do not use if you:
• are pregnant.
• are menstruating.
• use a pacemaker or defibrillator.
• are dehydrated.
Food, drink, and exercise guidelines:
• No alcohol within 24 hours.
• No caffeine or food within 2 hours.
• No exercise within 4 hours.
• Drink 2 to 4 glasses of water two hours prior.
• Measure yourself at the same time of day.
