    XB-4300/4500/4900 EVELING The Bike should be level for optimum use. If your Bike wobbles when you have placed it where you intend to use it, raise or lower one or both of the adjustable levelers located on the bottom of the rear foot support.

Target Zone will vary for each individual, depending on age, current level of conditioning, and personal fitness goals.
