It is recommended that you never bend the flexible shaft any smaller than 5 in. in diameter. (Fig.2) Bending the flexible shaft any tighter than 5 in. will cause the inner shaft to bind, causing additional load on your tool. Additional load could cause the tool to overheat and the motor to fail or burn out. Motor burnout caused by this action will not be covered under warranty.

CAUTION: Do not use cleaning agents to clean the plastic parts of the tool. A mild detergent on a damp cloth is recommended. Water must never come into contact with the tool. • Repairs 1. Only an authorized Electrician or service technician should replace the cord set or make other repairs.
