If your Electrolux EQE6007SB fridge is freezing everything, including items in the crisper drawers, even when set to 6 degrees, try the following steps:

1. Check the Temperature Control – Ensure the temperature control is correctly set to 6°C. If the issue persists, try adjusting it slightly higher and monitor the results.

2. Verify Proper Installation – Ensure the fridge is installed correctly, including proper ventilation around the appliance.

3. Avoid Overloading – Do not block air vents inside the fridge, as this can cause uneven cooling and excessive freezing.

4. Inspect Door Seals – Make sure the door seals are clean and sealing properly. Poor sealing can cause the fridge to overcompensate and cool excessively.

5. Reset the Appliance – Unplug the fridge for a few minutes, then plug it back in to reset the system.

6. Check for Faulty Components – If the issue persists, there may be a problem with the thermostat, temperature sensor, or control board. Contact Electrolux support or an authorized technician for further inspection.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, professional servicing may be required.
