Before storing the snowblower for an extended period:
1. Be sure the storage area is free of excessive humidity and dust.
2. Drain the fuel -
m Gasoline is extremely flammable and explosive under certain conditions.
Do not smoke or allow flames or sparks in the area.
a. Drain the fuel.

CARBURETOR DRAIN SCREW
b. Loosen the carburetor drain screw, and drain the gasoline into a suitable container.
Retighten the drain screw after all gasoline has been drained.
