    The coverage of the network of routes is less than that of a quality-tested Falk Premium Outdoor Map. The map shows a simpler representation of the surface area and contains fewer points of interest.
  • Page 30 All maps undergo extensive quality testing before they are used on the navigation devices. Outdoor maps from Falk therefore know (almost) all routes to the destination - on foot or by bike. They are also fully routable. Starting from your chosen location, a suitable route to your destination is therefore automatically determined which is then output with the aid of acoustic and visual commands.

    Select a function and move it to the position you want with the aid of the rectangular arrows. Do not worry - no function will be lost. And even if the functions become mixed up, you can tap on Reset to restore them to the preset order. Falk IBEX User Manual...

    The volume option allows you to change the volume of your navigation device or switch it off entirely. Optionally, you can if necessary also make a separate volume adjustment for individual functions in the Falk Navigator. To change the system volume or switch it off entirely, first tap on the Volume button. You can increase the volume by tapping on the plus symbol or reduce the volume by tapping on the minus symbol.

    Tap on Ok to save the settings. Note: The advanced volume settings are always dependent on the system volume. A change to the system volume therefore also always results in an adjustment to the volume in the individual functions of your Falk Navigator. 6.3.5 Calibrate compass To guarantee precise orientation of the compass, you should recalibrate the compass at regular intervals.

    Adapt the rapid access menu on the navigation screen to reflect your individual needs by stipulating which functions and settings of the Falk Navigator you want to have rapid access to. Tap on Settings > System / General > Rapid Access Menu.

    6.3.14 Default settings If you tap on Default settings, you can reset the settings of the Falk Navigator to the factory settings; the navigation device is automatically restarted when you do this. You then have the option via the start wizard of making new settings.

There you have the option to plan a route with the route planner. First enter your starting address followed by your destination and then click on Plan route.

    POI has been selected, an info window for the POI appears. Now select the Tool button. A list will open up. Now select Save and For my Falk Navi. The POI is saved as a KML file on your PC.
