Setting the Clock
MEMO
¶ The clock does not display when the power is off (STANDBY
mode). This is an energy saving device, but if you press
DISPLAY the time will appear for a few seconds.
CAUTION!
If there's a power cut or the power cord is disconnected the
clock will default to 0:00 and it won't move from this time. In
this case please reset the clock to the proper time.

Tuning to stations
You won't be able to listen the radio if you don't have antennas
connected (see p. 7-11).

Press FM/AM.
You should be able to hear the radio.
Each press changes between FM and AM.
Use the 1 ¡ buttons to search for

the frequency you want.
There are three ways to get a radio station. The first is AUTO
TUNING. The second is MANUAL TUNING, where you move
the radio tuner one step at a time. The last is HIGH SPEED
MANUAL TUNING in which you can speed through the
frequencies by holding the button down. See next page for
more details on all these methods.

Réglage de l'horloge
RAPPEL
¶ Afin d'économiser le courant, l'horloge n'est pas affichée
lorsque l' appareil est hors tension (mode ATTENTE), mais
l'heure apparaît pendant quelques secondes si vous appuyez sur
la touche DISPLAY.
ATTENTION!
En cas de panne de courant ou si le cordon d'alimentation est
débranché, l'horloge est réinitalisée à 0:00 et elle reste à cette
valeur. Dans ce cas, remettez l'horloge en suivant les étapes ci-
dessus.

Pour syntoniser les stations
radio
Les antennes doivent être raccordées (cf. pages 7-11) afin de
pouvoir écouter les stations radio.

Appuyez sur la touche FM/AM.
Une station de la radio doit alors être audible.
Chaque poussée fait changer entre les stations FM et AM.
Servez-vous des touches 1 ¡

pour rechercher la fréquence souhaitée.
Il existe trois façons de syntoniser une station radio. La
première est la SYNTONISATION AUTOMATIQUE. Ensuite,
vous disposez de la SYNTONISATION MANUELLE où vous
changez la fréquence d'un palier à la fois. Et enfin, la
SYNTONISATION MANUELLE ACCÉLÉRÉE qui permet de
parcourir rapidement toute la gamme des fréquences en
maintenant la touche enfoncée.
