Thank you for purchasing the Chordette Toucan headphone amplifier. In order to get
the most from your product please take a few moments to read these instructions.

Connections

Analogue source components can be connected via the unbalanced RCA phono input
or by the true balanced XLR input. Only one type of analogue connection can be
used. Most source components can be connected in this way. For convenience you
can also connect and stream music from a personal computer using the USB input.

  • Page 2 USB input Using USB digital audio Connect your personal computer via an A to B type USB cable. The Toucan will automatically be recognised by the computer as a USB DAC. All audio from the computer will be streamed to the Toucan so you can listen via the headphones. (In some cases you may need to change the computer audio settings to set the playback device as USB Audio).
