If you are unable to UNZIP then we recommend you download the two files from TECH SUPPORT. The reason we give both options is that some computers wont download the files directly and hence we zip them to make it easier to download and use them.

Click browse to fine the drive your recorder is plugged into and select it. It should appear as shown to left.
  • Page 7 PRODUCT MANUAL SHERLOCK RECORDER: VX0166 After pressing extract, you will notice that the files will be saved and extracted onto the root section of your SHERLOCK recorder Double click SetUDISK- Time(9X).exe. Your time will be updated. You should see a SUCCESS notification.
